I have downloaded the switch resolution app that you told me, but I really don't know what to do, my tv right now is in 30hz, I'm going to attach some pictures. I've changed it to PC mode and it's better, but I feel a little of latency (using finder or pro tools, the lag is the same).

It auto-reverts to 30hz every time I connect which is annoying, but livable. However, when I tried to use it, I noticed the UI felt laggy, so I did some research and found that the OP7Pro can only output 4K 30Hz or 1080p 60Hz.
Managed to find how to change the refresh rate in Windows.
